Duane Buziak is simply the best! He is immediately responsive, thorough, and expertly explanatory on any and every minutia of the mortgage process. As you can tell by my username I am not a publicity hound. But I have to stop and thank Duane Buziak. I know he is the maestro but I didn't know he also saves money on title fees too. Wow. I compared over 7 different title companies and it wasn't even close. Talk about someone going the extra mile. Best rates lowest fees, and then he sent me a title company that I swear to God charged almost nothing for title fees. Amen. He goes above and beyond anyone. I had purchased 4 homes before this, never had a smoother, easier, less painful experience. And the savings, they are very real. If you are not using Duane Buziak for your mortgage, why? ~ No T

Duane Buziak has been on it ever since I met him. He is very straight forward and VERY knowledgeable and has taught me a few things as well. He is always available and for example, he were talking one night at 9pm and my mother said who are you talking to and I told her my loan officer and she said no your not, there not open this late. I told her you haven’t met Duane yet. I am closing on my house today and I can honestly say I feel like I’m getting the best rate and loan I could possibly get. I am a first time homebuyer and I applied to many lenders as the recommendation of my realtor. Out of all 5 lenders Duane was the only one that was responsive, answered my questions and was accurate. I don't think you are going to find better service than Duane. He answered every. single. question I had and he did so in a timely manner. There is a ton to consider with the home financing process and I had a lot of questions. Duane's estimates were on point and his guidance directly led to me to locking in a great rate right before the rate's shot up. I did look into other lenders and, based on their response rate, I got the feeling when I needed to close on my property I might have to hunt them down. Short answer: Duane is an amazing human and lender - you absolutely cannot go wrong. The hype is real. Long answer: Oh man where to start....It was Saturday night, I was frantically trying to set up some tours four houses on Sunday since my wife and I both work full time and are in school too. I did a ton of zillow hits trying to schedule with an agent and I guess at a certain point the universe said "hey you should get a lender" and Zillow sent me Duane's way. He promptly responded that night and we went back and forth sunday prior to our tours. He was able to provide me a worksheet for every house we looked at Sunday - HUGE plus when we went to the builders/relators with that. He answered all my questions (as a first time home buyer I had several) and even provided his personal experience. Super helpful. Down to earth.
